  • Brett is a highly accomplished leader with 27 years of success across diverse and dynamic environments. As President of Echelon Creative, he leverages his extensive expertise in strategic communications, public relations, cinema-quality film and video production, and a range of live event productions, providing a unique array of comprehensive support that will meet any client’s strategic needs. 

    Brett possesses a proven track record in developing and executing impactful communication plans, managing brand reputation, and engaging key stakeholders. His background includes significant experience in high-stakes scenarios, having led public affairs efforts for the U.S. Army at multiple levels. Notably, he oversaw the public relations campaign for the Afghanistan evacuation in 2021 and managed strategic messaging for the multi-national mission to support Ukraine’s defense against the Russian aggression in 2022. He spearheaded the U.S. Army’s efforts to develop compelling entertainment media and coordinated military support for major motion pictures and award-winning TV series to inform and inspire the American public. 

    Brett’s career includes a diverse array of jobs all over the world, but at his heart, he is a compelling storyteller, adept at using various media, especially film and video, to convey powerful narratives. His experience extends to producing the feature-film documentary, D-Day to Today: a Band of Brothers Legacy, and developing dynamic digital and social media strategies. Before his current roles, Brett served as Director of Communications and Marketing for Advanced Technology International (ATI) and founded Discourse Digital, a social media training company.   

    His unique blend of strategic thinking, crisis management experience, and creative production skills make him an invaluable asset to Echelon Creative and its clients. 

    Brett is Husband to Danielle Lea, Father to Matthias Lea and Claudia Lutz, and Father-in-Law to Travis Lutz, but his proudest title is Grandad to Beckham Scott Lutz.

  • As well as working as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator, Alex has taken a few different paths  including acting in shows such as Band of Brothers as Corporal Francis J Mellett, Oliver Stone’s Alexander and Ridley Scott’s The SpyGame, drumming in Indie Rock Bands, Dega Breaks and and now PILOTS, with fellow Band of Brothers star Nick Aaron.

    Alex is experienced in both non-profit and commercial graphic design, creative artworking, image retouching, website visualisation, illustration, logo design, image rebranding, storyboarding, artworking, package design and more. He is well-accomplished in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint.

    He has helped develop projects such as the critically acclaimed Adolescence and Boiling Point with his artwork and pitch deck expertise.

    He specialises in movie pitch decks, posters and logos and package design and is also a Squarespace developer.

    He is currently producing a feature-length documentary From D-Day to Today a Band of Brothers Legacy

    Becoming a father in 2017 has given him the perfect platform to return to his Graphic Design roots, and strive for balance with his family and pursuing his design skill set.
